Sharon Sakirkin, MS is a professional figure skater and choreographer from Canada. She was the CIAU Ice Dance Champion and is a triple gold medallist. Sharon has been coaching since 1985 in singles, dance, and technical skating for hockey players, as well as conditioning and nutrition for athletes. Many of her students have competed successfully in national and international competition. Together with her husband Oleg she offers athletic conditioning and jump training, and coacheslong jump, triple jump, high jump, sprints, and runs from primary to World and Olympic levels. Oleg Sakirkin, BS, DMS is a World Bronze Medalist, European Champion, Asian Champion, twice Soviet Champion, seventeen-time Kazakh National Champion, and Olympian in triple jump (57' 8", 17.58 m). He coaches as a team with his wife Sharon in triple jump, long jump, high jump, sprints, and throws from primary to World and Olympic levels, and draws on his Soviet knowledge and experience in designing our athletic conditioning and jump training programs. Oleg has a Masters degree in Education with a specialization in Physical Education and Sport, and has been coaching world class athletes since the Sydney Olympics in 2000. Alex Mdzinarishvili, PhD is a professional tennis player from Tblisi, Georgia. He was the Junior National Champion in Singles and won the National Silver medal in Doubles. He recently left the Amarillo National Tennis Center and is now coaching in Akron, Ohio. Melissa Anderson holds MIAA (Mid America Intercollegiate Athletic Association) honors in high jump, 400 meters, and the 4 x 400 meter relay and was an NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) Division II All-American in the 4 x 100 meter relay. She draws upon her experience and success as an athlete to coach sprints, hurdles, and relays. James Anderson specializes in coaching hurdles and sprints. He counts amongst his athletes one Olympian, and several NCAA II Champions and All-Americans. He competed for a decade in 110m high hurdles and 400m hurdles, and earned the MIAA All Conference Honors in both hurdles and 4x400m relay at Pittsburg State University, where he was later the Assistant Track and Field Coach. Larissa Woodall, MS, CMS comes from Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan and was a nationally ranked competitive swimmer in the 100m and 200m breaststroke in the former Soviet Union. She attended the Titan Youth Sports School for swimming and East Kazakhstan State University, and holds the title of Candidate for Master of Sport.
